**Balloon and Monogram’s Payment Policy for all Bookings: Please be advised that a 50% deposit will be required at the time of confirmed booking. Full payment is required no later than one week prior to the scheduled event start time (reminders will be sent). If payment is not received by this deadline, our team will not proceed with event setup, and your deposit will be forfeited.

**Any events booked within one week of event date must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not accept bookings within 48 hours of an event.

This payment policy is to ensure balloons are not wasted due to late cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure smooth event execution.
